Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
